For as long as I can remember, I have felt everything deeply.

As a highly sensitive person, sleep didn't come easily, and regulating my nervous system, well, what was that? The world could be a loud and overwhelming place, but music was always the exception. From my earliest years, sound would quiet something in me that nothing else could.

I have been a musician my whole life — classically trained in voice, and drawn to instruments of all kinds throughout my journey. Over the years, I came to understand that music wasn't just something I loved; it was something my body genuinely needed. It regulated me. It brought me home to myself.

People have often told me that my voice has a calming quality. I used to brush that off, but over time I've come to receive it as a gift — one I feel called to share.

Sound healing found me at exactly the right moment in my life, and bringing it to others feels less like a career choice and more like a calling. My hope for every person who comes to Sanctuary 44 is that you leave feeling more settled, more at ease, and more at home in yourself than when you arrived.
